Q. How much is it going to cost me to send SMS messages from this system?
 A. Nothing. Sending SMS messages using our FREE credits system is totally free to you.

Q. How can you afford to run this service there must be a catch?
 A. No catch we simply finance the cost of sending the messages (around 5p each) by placing advertising on the SMS system pages.

Q. Why did my message not get sent?
 A. Next time you send a message double check the following;

 *Make sure you enter the recipient telephone number in standard UK mobile Format not with the '44' prefix.
  *Make sure you click submit on the message page and on the verification page.
  *Remember messages can only be sent within the UK to UK mobile numbers.

Q. On "My Account" why does it tell me I've got no credits left?
 A. You have used up all your credits available for today - see the next question for how to get more credits.

Q. How can I earn more FREE SMS credits?
A. There a number of different ways to get more FREE SMS credits
  * Click the "Big 55" link at the bottom of the page and earn 55 free credits, just like that.Tell your friends to sign up, they must use your email address as the friend who recommended you on the registration page, you then get 10 credits.
  * Come back tomorrow and automatically gain 6 free credits.
  * Go the 'Account options' section and click the link '1. Earn More Credits Now! - NEW' This will take you to the treasure hunt section where you can earn mroe credits.

Q. What phones are supported?
A. At the moment we are only supoprting nokia handsets.

Q. Why am I having problems registering for the system?

A. Double check the following;

  * Try re entering your mobile number and password on the login page taking care as the password is case sensitive.

Q. Why Can I not Get more Ringtone or Logo Credits?
A. Promotions that enable us to offer ringtones and logos come and go all the time. We are sorry that we cannot specify when these offers will occur or for what type of credits they will be.

Q. Where can I view my credit balance?
A. You can see how many credits you have in your account by going to the 'Account options' section and clicking the link'4. Account details/credit balance'.

Q. Where are my credits for the treasure hunt?.
A. When you register with a promotion on the treasure hunt once you have completed the task you need to LOGOUT and then LOG back into the system for your credits to appear.

Q. How do you get ringtone or DIY logo credits?
A. You can earn ringtone and DIY logo credits on the treasure hunt facility.

Q. Why haven't I got my big 55 credits?
A. You receive 1 sms per valid email address that you submit (max of 5 sms) and then another 10 SMS credits per nominated friend who signs up with the website (max of 50). Please note: These credits will not be added onto your account unless your friends who you have recommended regiser with us and register using the email address you have given for them and you recommend you in their recommendation box with your registered email address.If you are unsure of this then please contact support at support@partners.fonetastic.com .

Q. How do I update my account details?
A. Please update your details by selecting the link off the homepage. If your are unable to see this link then please email support with your mobile number and password, current details and new details and they will update your account

Q. How many messages can I send?
A. To see how many messages you are able to send today please select the 'my account/credits' link off your homepage. Please note that you will be unable to send any services off this site if you do not have the sufficent credit to do so.

Q. How do I view the messages that I have sent and to whom?
A. We are unable to offer a service to view sent messages, however our verification system allows you to double check your message content before you proceed to send it. If you wish to have further assistance in this matter please contact support at support@partners.fonetastic.com .

Q. How many credits are needed to send messages, logo's and ringtones etc?
A. For 1 message to be sent you need 1 sms credit, for 2 sms messages you need 2 sms credits etc. This complies to all facilities ringtones and logo's.

Q. This message appeared on my phone 'message cannot be displayed here'. What shall I do?
A. Occasionally a mobile handset that is listed as compatable may show the above message. Unfortunately this means that it is not compatable with our system.
